My spouse purchased shrimp lo mein. The noodles were being cooked just great as well as the seasoning was great. But there was 1 weird detail. It tasted like they velveted the shrimp. If shrimp is cooked thoroughly, you need not velvet them. don't forget C is cooked O is overcooked. ? But I would try to eat there yet again taking into consideration
